Find you responsible tenants
This includes marketing your property, showing to potential tenants, tenant verification, lease agreements, negotiation and closing. 

Tenant Support & Management
Our team will be the point of contact for any issues related to your tenants. These include lease renewals, lease termination, handover, maintenance issues and any other resolutions your tenants may need. 

Inspections, Upkeep & Cleaning
 Our team will conduct regular inspections to ensure that it is being well-maintained, and document the same. Thorough cleanings, fixing (and painting as required) will be done between an old tenant leaving and a new one moving in. 

Records & Reminders
We will maintain online record and you will receive updates about inspections and/or any maintenance works, through our online ticketing system. We will also send you reminders when municipal taxes are due, and any activity related to the areas surrounding your property that may positively or negatively affect its value. 

Semi-Furnishing 
Before you rent out your apartment, tenants expect that the unit has wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, electrical fittings, etc.  As we have relationships with many cost-effective and trustworthy vendors, we get this done for you at good rates and good quality. 

Furnishing
Sometimes, it may be a wiser decision to fully furnish your property and rent it out. We'll advise you if that be the case, and can also take care of all the furnishing requirements. 

Major Maintenance Works/Repairs
In case you need any major maintenance works done in your flat, we can organize the same through a trusted vendor network. 

Tax, Bill Payments
In case your utility bills are pending, or maintenance fees are due, or you need us to pay your taxes, our team can also handle this for you. 

Legal Matters 
Legal matters and documents can be very complex. We have experts in house who can advise you in case some documents are missing and/or need to be applied for. 

Representation in Association Meetings
A representative from our team can also represent you in association meetings in case you cannot be present and would like an issue voiced. 

Property Insurance 
If you would like to safeguard your structure, we can also arrange for insurance from leading providers.
