PropertyAngel Management Pvt. Ltd. PropertyAngel is a leading O2O second landlord platform. We are a Bangalore-based proptech company, providing professional housing asset management for individual apartments, villas and houses.
Our larger mission is to make real estate affairs simple, safe & secure. Incorporated in November 2014, we have over 1.5 million sft under management, maintain a customer presence across 95 countries, and a track record of on-time rent distribution of 100%.
PropertyAngel started with recognizing a simple opportunity.
As Indians, a large majority of our investment is in real estate. And thus, this investment needs to be managed.
The real estate industry in India is not without unethical practices. The goal was to set up an organisation that would protect and safeguard these investments - hence the name PropertyAngel.
Today that goal is even stronger. It has become our mission, our DNA.
We feel the pain of the complexities of the industry. It has affected us personally too.
At our organisation, we are transparent about everything. For example, our standards and SLAs establish what the landlord or tenant will pay for, and how much, or when a specific transfer will happen, etc
But this is not nearly enough. Consumers need to be educated and informed. They need access to the best service providers. Service providers need upskilling, tools and establishment of best practices.
And all of this is what we strive to do.
